Thunder, lightning and driving rains churned around the pleasure ship Sheryll Princess as it set sail on a dinner cruise 11 days ago from the piers at Sheepshead Bay.
This being a nudist cruise, clothing was optional, but the air-conditioning cooling the muggy air in the dining room was so powerful, many guests bundled themselves, at least partly, in sarongs, beach towels and sweatshirts. Still, enough flesh was exposed among the 30 or so guests, most in their 40s or 50s, that for nudist purists the event was a success.
